Birch Harbor Lighting’s Warranty

We pride ourselves on providing top-quality products and implement rigorous product testing in the development and manufacturing processes of our LED lighting components.  Customer satisfaction is important to us and we want to know if you experience an issue with a Birch Harbor Lighting product. 

Our products come with a one-year limited warranty. The warranty is valid only when the product(s) are properly installed, configured, and/or wired and it only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.  Improper installation, improper powering, abuse, or failure to use the product for its intended purpose will void warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

The warranty period begins on the date of original shipment; warranties are only valid from the original purchase date and don’t reset if replacement products are provided.
